At Luxe Blend Naturals, every bar is handcrafted in small batches with care. We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping based on your order total and shipping destination:
- Florida: Free shipping on orders of $55 or more.
- All other U.S. states: Free shipping on orders of $80 or more.
Orders that do not meet the free shipping minimum will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Return & Refund Policy
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return: You have 15 days from the date your order was delivered.
- All items must be unopened, unused, and in the original sealed packaging. We cannot accept any opened or partially used items.
- What We Accept Returns For: Change of mind or wrong scent/size (only if completely unopened). Manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping. Wrong item shipped.
Normal variation in color, scent strength, or texture is a part of the handmade process and is not considered a defect.
- Process for return: Go to luxeblendnaturals.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
- Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, usually within 3-5 business days, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or customs for international orders. Risk of loss passes to you once the package leaves our workshop.
